Bhumi Pednekar is an Indian actress.She made her debut in the film Dum Laga Ke Haisha in 2015 opposite Ayushmann Khurana. Bhumi Pednekar completed her A levels at the Arya Vidya Mandir School in Juhu in suburban Mumbai. She was an assistant to casting director Shanoo Sharma for six years at Yash Raj Films. Pednekar was selected among over 100 women who auditioned for the role of Sandhya Verma for the film Dum Laga Ke Haisha. The film received positive reviews. She has a three-film contract with YRF. female
